If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 calendar days from the day you receive the products.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

You can return the products you want and we will issue you the corresponding refund or exchange. To do this, you must notify it by e-mail to hello@boomsaladstore.com, indicating the data necessary to locate the purchase such as the name and order number. From this email, we will quickly detail how to make the return.

We do not cover the postage cost of returning the first item back to us, but we will cover the postage costs of sending your new item out to you.
