You will receive your order within 48/72 hours, with the Correos transport company. Orders are processed the next business day.

When your order has left our offices, we will send you an email indicating the delivery note number so that you can track your order through the Correos website.

What happens if you are not there on the day of delivery

It is taken a second time the next day, if they are cities with a late shift they could also try delivery in the afternoon before taking it to the Correos office. You can always contact our support team in case this happens.

What happens if the delivery address is incorrect?

Please check the address indicated when placing your order to ensure that the information is correct and complete. It will not be possible to change the shipping address if the order has already started. If so, it would generate an additional shipping cost. You can contact our support team to report this as soon as possible


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 calendar days from the day you receive the products.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

You can return the products you want and we will issue you the corresponding refund. To do this, you must notify it by e-mail to, indicating the data necessary to locate the purchase such as the name and order number. From this email, we will quickly detail how to make the return.

We do not cover the postage cost of returning the first item back to us, but we will cover the postage costs of sending your new item out to you.
